We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. We accept returns and exchanges within seven (7) days from date of delivery. In an effort to make our brand more sustainable, we reduce the chance of waste by not over-ordering. If a product is not in stock, please expect to receive your order within 3-5 weeks from the day of purchase.
Depending on your shipping method of choice, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days. All orders, regardless of shipping method, are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturday's or Sunday's.

Returns are only accepted on unworn and unaltered items. Merchandise must be returned with the original jewelry box and protective packaging. A copy of your receipt must accompany your return.
