We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. We accept returns and exchanges within seven (7) days from date of delivery. Returns are only accepted on unworn and unaltered items. Merchandise must be returned with the original jewelry box and protective packaging. A copy of your receipt must accompany your return.
Please note that sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Sale items are items purchased with a discount of 11% or more.
