Yes, we ship all over the world. We offer free standard international shipping on all orders over $150. Shipping costs on orders less than $150 will apply, and will be added at checkout.
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. We accept returns and exchanges within seven (7) days from date of delivery. NAiiA is also not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Most of our orders are shipped 1-3 business days from purchase pending availability and credit verification.

Returns are only accepted on unworn and unaltered items. Merchandise must be returned with the original jewelry box and protective packaging. A copy of your receipt must accompany your return.
