Our Founder
As an LA-based and first-generation entrepreneur, Nicky Shemian has always wanted to create something of meaning. In 2020, she founded NAiiA, a jewelry line that aims to empower and inspire both men and women to feel elevated and bold. Nicky's upbringing in a multicultural home shaped her unique perspective. As a self-proclaimed tomboy, she traded in her sneakers for jewelry, and found a way to combine edgy with elegance. But for Nicky, NAiiA is not just about creating beautiful jewelry - it's about empowering individuals to express themselves and feel confident in their own skin. Through her designs, she seeks to instill a sense of empowerment and self-assurance in those who wear her creations.
