Refund policy
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, full-priced items may be returned within five (5) business days from the date of delivery. Returns are only accepted on unworn and unaltered items. Merchandise must be returned with the original jewelry box and protective packaging. A copy of your receipt must accompany your return.
Please note that sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Sale items are items purchased with a discount of 11% or more.
Domestic Returns:
NAiiA offers complimentary returns on all U.S. orders over $100.
International Returns:
NAiiA accepts returns for all international orders. Cost of shipping and international taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping & Delivery Disputes
Items reported as lost, stolen, or not received after carrier delivery confirmation are not eligible for refund or replacement.
If shipping protection was purchased at checkout, the customer must file a claim directly with the protection provider.
If shipping protection was declined, NAiiA assumes no liability for loss, theft, or delivery issues once the carrier confirms delivery.
