Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICIES

Processing & Fulfillment Times

  • Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days, pending availability and credit verification.

  • To reduce overproduction and waste, some items are produced in limited quantities. If an item is not in stock, please allow 1–2 weeks from the date of purchase for shipment. If you reach out to us, we will be able to let you know if your item will be able to ship sooner, as most typically are available within 12 weeks.

  • Custom design orders require additional production time and typically ship within 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase. Most are delivered sooner. To ensure that we are able to ship a custom item by the intended date, please contact us at info@shopnaiia.com.

  • Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders above $100.

  • Shipping carriers vary and are selected at checkout.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout.

  • International taxes, duties, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, and depending on the country of purchase and delivery, may be listed in some countries at checkout, and in other countries, may be due by the recipient at time of delivery.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing and are outside of NAiiA’s control.

  • International orders are eligible for return or exchange within the 14 day window from date received.

LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES

  • NAiiA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping Protection (Route)

  • Optional Route Shipping Protection is offered at checkout to cover loss, theft, or damage.

  • If Route protection is selected, all claims must be filed directly with Route in accordance with their terms.

  • If Route protection is declined, NAiiA will not issue refunds or replacements for packages lost, stolen, or missing after delivery confirmation.

Customer Acknowledgment

  • By completing checkout, the customer acknowledges and accepts these shipping and delivery terms.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES (Summary)

  • Returns and exchanges are available on U.S. orders, subject to eligibility. Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipment and insurance, either at their sole discretion or through NAiiA’s coverage and shipping label.

  • International Returns are accepted, but original shipping fees, duties, taxes are not eligible for refund. International orders are not eligible for exchange at this time.

  • Eligible items may be returned for store credit or refund (where eligible) no more than fourteen (14) business days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

  • Items marked Final Sale, all Custom Orders, and items purchased with a discount of 20% or more are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If your jewelry is damaged during the shipping process or is deemed to be defective, please contact us at info@shopnaiia.com within five (5) days of the date of delivery with a photo of the damaged item(s). If approved, we will repair your item(s) free of charge.
