Shipping policy
When can I expect my item(s) to be shipped?
Most of our orders are shipped 1-3 days from purchase pending availability and credit verification.
In an effort to make our brand more sustainable, we reduce the chance of waste by not over-ordering. If a product is not in stock, please expect to receive your order within 3-5 weeks from the day of purchase.
Depending on your shipping method of choice, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days.
Note that for rings and custom design orders, please expect for your item to be shipped within 5-6 weeks from the day of purchase.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard domestic (USA) shipping.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. NAiiA is also not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
What is your return policy?
We offer complimentary returns on all U.S. orders. Full-priced items may be returned for store credit only within five (5) business days from the date of delivery. Returns are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items, returned in original packaging.
Merchandise must be returned with original jewelry box and protective packaging. A copy of your receipt must accompany your return.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders or items purchased as "Final Sale".

Can I exchange my order?
Exchanges are only accepted if an item is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at info@shopnaiia.com.
