We accept returns and exchanges within fourteen (14) days from date of delivery. The cost of return shipping and international taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

NAiiA is not responsible for international shipments lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Please select Route Insurance at checkout to insure your shipment. 

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, full-priced items may be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Returns are only accepted on unworn and unaltered items and must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from the date of the issued return label or approved return. Any orders not postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the approved return are only eligible for store credit. Merchandise must be returned with the original jewelry box and protective packaging. A copy of your receipt must accompany your return. NAiiA reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged or shows signs of wear.

Outbound shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Please note that custom orders and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Sale items are items purchased with a discount of 11% or more. 

Domestic Returns:

NAiiA offers complimentary returns on all U.S. orders over $200.

International Returns:

NAiiA accepts returns for all international orders. At this time, our system is not able to process return labels for international orders. You are welcome to return your order using your own label. Cost of shipping and international taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
