How to start a return or exchange

- Enter your order number and email address
- Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and follow the prompts
- To exchange a piece, select “Style” as your reason and include the item you would like to exchange for in the notes section.
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps.
Please note
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within fourteen (14) days of delivery
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- All items must be returned in their original jewelry box or pouch and protective packaging
- Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable
- Custom orders and items purchased with a discount of 20% or more are final sale and not eligible for return
