NAiiA Shipping Protection
NAiiA Shipping Protection is an optional service available for purchase at checkout for customers who would like additional assistance in the event an eligible package is lost, stolen, or misdelivered during shipment.
Shipping Protection applies only to orders for which the service was purchased at checkout and is subject to the eligibility requirements, exclusions, deadlines, and other terms contained in our NAiiA Shipping Protection Policy.
Shipping Protection requests are reviewed and resolved directly by NAiiA. Approved requests will generally be resolved with a replacement of the original merchandise, subject to availability. If the original merchandise is unavailable, NAiiA may offer a comparable replacement or store credit at its discretion.
NAiiA Shipping Protection is not an insurance policy and does not provide cash reimbursement for the value of lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
The Shipping Protection service fee is non-refundable once an order has shipped.
If NAiiA Shipping Protection is not purchased at checkout, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages are not eligible for replacement or store credit under the Shipping Protection Policy.
