Returns & Exchanges
We always aim to ensure our customers love their NAiiA jewelry. If you need to return or exchange an item, the following terms apply.
Return & Exchange Eligibility

Items purchased at full price or with a discount of less than twenty percent (20%) are eligible for return or exchange within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, including weekends. Items purchased at a discount of twenty percent (20%) or more, and all custom orders, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in perfect condition, as determined by NAiiA in its sole discretion.

Returned or exchanged merchandise must be free from signs of wear, damage, alteration, odors, or use of any kind.

Items must be returned in their original jewelry box and protective packaging, with all components included.
NAiiA reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
Sale & Final Sale Items
- All Custom Orders are Final Sale.

Sale items of 20% or more are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sale items are defined as any items purchased with a discount of 20% or more, including promotional codes, site-wide sales, or automatic discounts. If an item is otherwise marked final sale on the product page, website storefront, or during checkout, outside of the previous conditions, it is also considered final sale.
Domestic Returns (U.S.)

NAiiA accepts approved domestic returns that meet eligibility requirements. Returns must be shipped back to NAiiA within 4 days of approval, or else the order will not be eligible for refund.

The customer is able to send a return using a label generated by NAiiA, after approval. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Exchanges are processed once the original item is received, inspected, and approved. Exchanges are free for the customer within 14 days of delivery, including weekends.

Original shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
International Returns

NAiiA accepts returns for international orders within the 14-day return window, including weekends, subject to eligibility requirements. NAiiA does not accept International exchanges.

Return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned for a refund within fourteen (14) days of delivery, subject to approval.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.

Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in perfect condition, as determined by NAiiA in its sole discretion, and returned with original packaging and all components included.

Original shipping charges, international duties and taxes, and shipping protection fees (including Route) are non-refundable.

Refunds apply to the item price only and do not include any shipping-related costs.

NAiiA reserves the right to refuse a refund if returned merchandise does not meet return eligibility requirements.

Refunds will not be issued for items reported as lost or stolen after carrier delivery confirmation.

If your jewelry is damaged during the shipping process or is deemed to be defective, please contact us at info@shopnaiia.com within five (5) days of the date of delivery with a photo of the damaged item(s). If approved, we will repair your item(s) free of charge.
Shipping & Delivery Disputes

Items reported as lost, stolen, or not received after carrier delivery confirmation are not eligible for refund, return, or replacement. If Route shipping Insurance was selected at checkout, Route will manage your claim and resulting replacement or refund.

If shipping protection was purchased at checkout, the customer must file a claim directly with the protection provider in accordance with their terms.
