Orders
NAiiA is not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-delivered, damaged, or delayed packages.
Route is available for purchase at checkout to protect your package against loss, theft, and damage. Claims must be filed no earlier than five (5) calendar days for domestic orders and seven (7) calendar days for international order from when it was marked delivered. All claims must be filed directly with Route here. If the purchase of Route is declined at checkout, NAiiA is not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-delivered, or damaged packages.
If your jewelry is damaged during the shipping process or is deemed to be defective, please contact us at info@shopnaiia.com within five (5) days of the date of delivery with a photo of the damaged item(s). If approved, we will repair your item(s) free of charge.
NAiiA is not responsible for maintenance or improper care of any jewelry. Please view our Care Guide page for details on how to properly care for your jewelry.
NAiiA is not responsible for any jewelry not purchased directly from this website, shopnaiia.com. Please contact the retailer directly from which your purchase was made for assistance.
You will receive a confirmation email from NAiiA after your order is placed, and again when it has shipped.
We can try to accommodate a shipping request after you place your order, but we cannot guarantee the changes will be applied immediately. please email info@shopnaiia.com ASAP with any changes.
Shipping & Returns
We offer free standard domestic (USA) shipping on all orders over $100.
We offer free standard international shipping on all orders over $150.

We accept returns and exchanges within seven (7) days from date of delivery. The cost of return shipping and international taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
NAiiA is not responsible for international shipments lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, full-priced items may be returned within seven (7) days, beginning from the date of delivery. Returns are only accepted on unworn and unaltered items and must be postmarked within seven (7) days from the date of the issued return label or approved return. Any orders not postmarked within seven (7) days of the approved return are only eligible for store credit. Merchandise must be returned with the original jewelry box and protective packaging. A copy of your receipt must accompany your return. NAiiA reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged or shows signs of wear.
Outbound shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Please note that custom orders and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Sale items are items purchased with a discount of 11% or more.
Domestic Returns:
NAiiA offers complimentary returns on all U.S. orders over $100.
International Returns:
NAiiA accepts returns for all international orders. At this time, our system is not able to process return labels for international orders. You are welcome to return your order using your own label. Cost of shipping and international taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Most of our orders are shipped 1-3 days from purchase pending availability and credit verification. In an effort to make our brand more sustainable, we reduce the chance of waste by not over-ordering. Depending on your shipping method of choice, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days.
Note that for custom design orders, please expect for your item to be shipped within 1-2 weeks from the day of purchase.If you have a time sensitive request, and want to gaurantee your order will arrive by a specific date, you must reach out to us at info@shopnaiia.com before your order is placed.

Custom Pieces
Please contact us by submitting a request here, or by emailing us at info@shopnaiia.com. Just include the name of the piece of the requesting sizing information.
We have a detailed sizing guide here that will help you take the measurements we need to make your custom piece, as well guide you into what sizing is best by piece.
All custom pieces are final sale, as they are made to fit you. If you encounter any issues with your piece, please just reach out to us at info@shopnaiia.com or by submitting a request here. We want to make sure your piece fits the way you need it to. Custom order eligibility for exchange is determined by piece/order and is up to the discretion of NAiiA.
