We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. NAiiA is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Most of our orders are shipped 1-3 business days from purchase pending availability and credit verification.
In an effort to make our brand more sustainable, we reduce the chance of waste by not over-ordering. If a product is not in stock, or it is a custom order, please expect to receive your order within 1-2 weeks from the day of purchase.
Depending on your shipping method of choice, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days. All orders, regardless of shipping method, are shipped Monday through Friday.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, full-priced items may be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Returns are only accepted on unworn and unaltered items. Merchandise must be returned with the original jewelry box and protective packaging.
Please note that sale and custom items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Sale items are items purchased with a discount of 20% or more.
