We offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders over $100.
We offer free standard international shipping on all orders over $150.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. We offer free standard international shipping on all orders over $150. Shipping costs on orders less than $150 will apply, and will be added at checkout.
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. NAiiA is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Most of our orders are shipped 1-3 business days from purchase pending availability and credit verification.
In an effort to make our brand more sustainable, we reduce the chance of waste by not over-ordering. If a product is not in stock, or it is a custom order, please expect to receive your order within 1-2 weeks from the day of purchase.
Depending on your shipping method of choice, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days. All orders, regardless of shipping method, are shipped Monday through Friday.
