Yes, you can shower in gold-filled jewelry. Its thick layer of solid gold makes it waterproof and tarnish-proof. However, we do recommend not exposing gold-filled jewelry to chemicals. So if you want to keep it extra shiny, remove your jewelry before exposing it to chlorine, fragrance, or cleaning products.

We accept returns and exchanges for international orders. The cost of shipping and returns and international taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, full-priced items may be returned within seven (7) business days from the date of delivery. Returns are only accepted on unworn and unaltered items and must be in transit within seven (7) days from the date of the issued return label. Merchandise must be returned with the original jewelry box and protective packaging. A copy of your receipt must accompany your return.

We do not accept returns for items purchased as "Final Sale".

International Returns:

NAiiA accepts returns or exchanges for international orders. Cost of shipping and international taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Most of our orders are shipped 1-3 days from purchase pending availability and credit verification. In an effort to make our brand more sustainable, we reduce the chance of waste by not over-ordering. Depending on your shipping method of choice, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days. 

Note that for custom design orders, please expect for your item to be shipped within 5-6 weeks from the day of purchase.

2. Mark the spot where the strings meet and with a ruler measure the distance (in inches).
3. If the size offered does not match your desired length, message our design team and we are happy to make you a custom sized belly or body chain.

1. Cut a piece of paper into a strip and wrap it just below your wrist or ankle bone.
2. Mark the spot where the papers meet and with a ruler measure the distance (in inches).

Measure your existing ring 

1. Grab an existing rings that fits the desired finger.
2. Measure the internal diameter of the ring (in mm).
3. Refer to the below chart to determine your size.

Solid gold jewelry doesn’t need much attention, however, a little beauty bath every once in a while doesn’t hurt. Bring out its shine by lightly scrubbing with a soft toothbrush and warm water. Scrub a dub dub. 

Gold-filled jewelry doesn’t like chemicals. We suggest not exposing your gold-filled jewelry to extreme chemicals such as fragrances and cleaning products. Maintain its shine by lightly buffing with a dry soft cloth. 

It may be a rock, but it still needs some TLC! Keep it shining by lightly scrubbing with a soft toothbrush and warm soapy water. Be sure to rinse properly. 

Genuine gemstones are low maintenance, however, they do like to be cleaned. Give them a nice shine every so often by lightly scrubbing with a soft toothbrush and warm soapy water.

Wear it and feel its protection, but be sure to protect it! We suggest not exposing your pearl jewelry to extreme chemicals such as fragrances and cleaning products.

Take care of your enamel jewelry by soaking it in warm soapy water for about five to ten minutes. Using a soft cloth, gently rub to remove any excess dirt.
