These FAQs provide a summary of our most commonly asked questions regarding shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification.
To reduce waste and overproduction, some items are produced in limited quantities. If an item is not currently in stock, please allow 1–2 weeks from the date of purchase for shipment.
Rings and custom design orders require additional processing time and typically ship within 1–2 weeks from the date of purchase. If you need a piece sooner, please reach out to us here to make sure we can deliver in time.
Orders ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes.

Orders below these thresholds will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless your order qualifies for free shipping.
International taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
What happens if my package is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
NAiiA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after delivery confirmation.
What is Route Shipping Protection?
Route Shipping Protection is an optional add-on offered at checkout that covers loss, theft, or damage during shipping.

If Route protection is selected, all claims must be filed directly with Route.

If Route protection is declined, NAiiA cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
By completing checkout, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
What if my package is lost in transit?
If shipping protection was purchased, the claim must be submitted directly through Route Shipping Insurance.
If shipping protection was declined, NAiiA assumes no liability once the carrier confirms delivery or accepts the shipment.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in perfect condition

Items must be returned in their original jewelry box and protective packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Full-priced items and items discounted less than 20% are eligible for return or refund.
Items discounted 20% or more are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes.
Approved returns may be eligible for a refund to the original form of payment, issued after inspection and approval.
Refunds apply to the item price only.
Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and shipping protection charges are non-refundable.
Can I exchange my order?
Exchanges are accepted within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
To request an exchange, please submit an exchange request using our exchange form.
What about international returns?
International returns are accepted in 14 day window starting from date of delivery (including weekends.) International Exchanges are not accepted at this time.
Customers are responsible for all international shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
