Shipping Policy

When can I expect my item(s) to be shipped?
Most of our orders are shipped 1-3 business days from purchase pending availability and credit verification.

In an effort to make our brand more sustainable, we reduce the chance of waste by not over-ordering. If a product is not in stock, please expect to receive your order within 3-5 weeks from the day of purchase.

Depending on your shipping method of choice, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days. All orders, regardless of shipping method, are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturday's or Sunday's.

Note that for rings and custom design orders, please expect for your item to be shipped within 1-2 weeks from the day of purchase. 

Do you offer free shipping? 
We offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders over $100.

We offer free standard international shipping on all orders over $150.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. We offer free standard international shipping on all orders over $150. Shipping costs on orders less than $150 will apply, and will be added at checkout.

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. We accept returns and exchanges within seven (7) days from date of delivery. NAiiA is also not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

NAiiA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase Route Shipping Protection at checkout. If Route protection is selected, all claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed directly with Route.

If Route protection is declined, NAiiA will not issue refunds or replacements for packages lost or stolen in transit or after delivery confirmation.

By completing checkout, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.

Shipping & Delivery Disputes

Items reported as lost, stolen, or not received after carrier delivery confirmation are not eligible for refund or replacement.

If shipping protection was purchased at checkout, the customer must file a claim directly with the protection provider.

If shipping protection was declined, NAiiA assumes no liability for loss, theft, or delivery issues once the carrier confirms delivery.

Returns, Exchanges Policy

What is your return policy?
We offer complimentary returns on all U.S. orders. Full-priced items may be returned for store credit only within five (5) business days from the date of delivery. Returns are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items, returned in original packaging.

Merchandise must be returned with original jewelry box and protective packaging. A copy of your receipt must accompany your return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders or items purchased as "Final Sale".

Can I exchange my order?
Exchanges are only accepted if an item is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at info@shopnaiia.com.

Domestic Returns:
NAiiA offers complimentary returns on all U.S. orders over $100. 

International Returns:
NAiiA accepts returns for all international orders. Cost of shipping and international taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
