Risk of Loss; Title Transfer

• Title and risk of loss for all purchases pass to the customer upon NAiiA’s transfer of the shipment to the carrier.

• Once the carrier has accepted the shipment, NAiiA is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring in transit or after delivery confirmation.

• NAiiA may offer optional third-party shipping protection at checkout. If selected, all claims must be submitted directly to the protection provider in accordance with their terms.

• If shipping protection is declined, NAiiA will not issue refunds or replacements for packages that are lost, stolen, or not received after carrier acceptance or delivery confirmation.

• By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to this allocation of risk.

General Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free Service.
